By using UrPluss, all users and healthcare providers agree to follow the platform policies and provide truthful information. UrPluss is a healthcare discovery platform that connects patients with verified doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, and hospitals near them.
- UrPluss helps patients find healthcare providers easily but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment.
- Any consultation, appointment, treatment, or healthcare service happens directly between the patient and the healthcare provider.
- UrPluss is not responsible for any treatment results, medical outcomes, negligence, or disputes between patients and healthcare providers.
- UrPluss does not endorse or recommend any specific doctor, clinic, hospital, or diagnostic centre.
- Any appointment, communication, or financial transaction between a patient and a provider is independent of UrPluss.
- All doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centres must provide complete and accurate information during registration.
- Healthcare providers must ensure their name, qualifications, specialization, license numbers, and contact information are correct.
- Doctors registering individually must provide their valid medical registration number and specialization details.
- Providers must ensure that the hospital name, clinic name, address, and contact details are correct and belong to the registered healthcare facility.
Hospitals
Must register only under the Hospital category. Registering hospital details under a clinic listing is strictly prohibited.
Clinics
Must register only under the Clinic category. Clinic details must not be submitted under hospital listings.

Any listing placed in the wrong category may be rejected, corrected, or removed without notice. If multiple listings are created for the same healthcare provider with incorrect or misleading information, UrPluss may merge, modify, or remove those listings without notice.
- Healthcare providers must ensure their licenses, registrations, and certifications are valid and legally recognized.
- UrPluss may request supporting documents such as medical licenses, hospital registrations, or clinic certifications for verification at any time.
- If a healthcare provider fails to provide verification documents when requested, UrPluss reserves the right to suspend or remove the listing immediately.
- UrPluss does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of provider information submitted by third parties.
- Users are encouraged to verify healthcare providers independently before making medical decisions.
- Any hospital, clinic, or doctor found submitting fake credentials, fake licenses, or misleading information will be permanently removed from the platform.
- If any information submitted is found to be false or misleading, the listing will be removed immediately.
- Users must not impersonate doctors, hospitals, or other individuals while using the platform.
- Any misuse of the platform, including fake listings, spam, or misleading information, may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
- UrPluss may monitor platform activity to maintain platform quality and prevent misuse.

Any registration, listing, promotion, or subscription fee paid will not be refunded if the listing is removed due to false information, policy violations, or incorrect registration category.
- Healthcare providers are responsible for keeping their profile information updated at all times.
- Providers must update their listing if their license, contact information, services, or availability changes.
- UrPluss is not responsible for appointment cancellations, delays, service issues, or disputes between users and healthcare providers.
- The platform may contain links or contact details for external healthcare providers, and UrPluss is not responsible for services provided outside the platform.
- The platform may collect basic information such as name, email, phone number, IP address, and device details to operate the service.
- Collected information may be used to improve platform functionality and communicate important updates.
- UrPluss does not sell personal user data to third parties.
- UrPluss uses reasonable security practices to protect stored user information.
- UrPluss is not responsible for unauthorized access, cyberattacks, or data breaches beyond reasonable control.
- UrPluss reserves the right to modify platform features, policies, or services at any time to improve healthcare discovery and maintain platform safety.
- By continuing to use UrPluss, users and healthcare providers confirm that they understand and strictly agree to follow all platform policies.
